Collection Penelope Milner Girault Pastels.
Doing some on line teaching during the confinement, I realised that it would be easier to work with students if we had the same range of colours. Although I enjoy many different brands of pastels for their various qualities, I find the slim Girault pastels ideal for details and portrait work.
I chose these 50 colours as a good balanced range to work with, baring in mind that I mix by layering and cross hatching. They are now being marketed by Pastel Girault as the box Penelope Milner.
My still life demonstration ‘Still life with lemons, was done using these pastels uniquely.
